About Bianca
Bianca's approach to movement is shaped by both evidence-informed practice and lived experience.
After being diagnosed with cancer at 19, Bianca underwent surgery that resulted in the removal of 32 lymph nodes, leaving her with significant restrictions in her left arm and an increased risk of lymphoedema. Determined to regain movement and better understand her body, she immersed herself in Pilates and spent years attending workshops, professional development and continuing education in movement, fascia, the nervous system and lymphatic health.
What began as a personal journey became a professional calling. Today, Bianca combines her lived experience with ongoing education to deliver personalised, evidence-informed Pilates that helps clients move with greater confidence, build lasting strength and feel more connected to their bodies.
